Refrigerators with two independent compartments
Evermed LCRR and MPRR combine two independent refrigerated compartments in one cabinet. Each compartment has its own temperature setting for different groups of materials. These series do not include a freezer compartment.
Two refrigerated compartments with separate controls
- LCRR — laboratory refrigerators with solid doors; each compartment operates from 0 to +15 °C.
- MPRR — medical and pharmaceutical refrigerators with glass doors; each compartment operates from +2 to +15 °C.
Models 260, 370, 530 and 625 are available with LITE or ADVANCED controllers. Compare the net capacity of each compartment, dimensions, alarms and data-recording capabilities in the specifications of the selected version.

What to compare before ordering
| Criterion | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Storage conditions | Material requirements, permitted deviations and measurement conditions |
| Actual load | Usable volume, containers, shelves or baskets and reserve capacity |
| Monitoring | Alarms, logger, data export and independent sensor |
| Installation | Dimensions, ventilation clearances, room temperature and power |
Questions before selection and procurement
Is the temperature in the category name enough for selection?
No. Compare the specific model range with the documented storage requirements of each material. Storage duration is defined by the material documentation, not by the refrigerator or freezer name.
How should required capacity be assessed?
Count the actual containers and reserve stock, then check shelf or basket arrangements. Total volume, usable volume and package capacity are different measures.
What should be agreed for temperature monitoring?
Alarm functions, independent measurement, record format and the deviation response procedure. Include temperature mapping and qualification separately where required.
What is needed to compare quotations?
A technical specification and an equivalent equipment list for each option. Specify quantity, installation or use location, compatible accessories and documentation requirements. This supports comparison of the complete cost of the required solution.
Configuration and documentation
Record the exact model, version, standard equipment and optional items in the quotation. Request the manual and specification with the conditions under which performance figures are determined. Agree procurement documentation, availability, delivery, warranty and service work for the specific supply.
