How do Prime and 1290 differ?
Prime combines quaternary mixing with pressure up to 800 bar. The 1290 listing selects a binary High-Speed Pump for UHPLC up to 1300 bar; the quaternary Flexible Pump is an alternative configuration. Check method compatibility against the column, mobile phase, delay volume and detector.
What should be specified in the supply package?
Photographs illustrate multi-module systems. Injection volume, column capacity, sample cooling, detectors, software licences and Assist depend on the ordered equipment. Quotation requires the methods, sample throughput and exact module list.
