A distiller prepares water by evaporation and condensation. The 4 L benchtop Fomos AQUA complements a sterilization workstation or other equipment requiring prepared water. Water quality requirements come from the equipment manufacturer.
AQUA S adds a glass collection container and metal-finished housing to the range. Both models have a 4 L capacity.
Types and differences
Distinguish container capacity from hourly output. AQUA’s 4 L value does not mean 4 L/hour. Plan reserves around actual cycle time, daily demand and cleaning intervals.
How to choose equipment
Check autoclave water demand per shift, placement and distillate storage. Match the electrical supply and rating to the offered revision. The AQUA price list specifies 230 V and 800 W; the manufacturer also describes a 750 W version.
Workstation requirements
Place the distiller on a stable surface with the ventilation specified in its instructions. Allow access for filling, emptying and maintenance. Keep the collection container clean and follow model-specific cleaning instructions.
