Purpose and range
A sealer forms a heat seal on compatible sterilization packaging. It prepares cleaned instruments for an approved cycle and subsequent storage. The range includes manually operated Fomos Foseal and pouch-feeding Foseal AP.
Types and differences
Foseal offers a 12 mm seam and up to 300 mm working width. Foseal AP adds a 7-inch display, 10 ± 0.5 m/min feed and a seam of at least 12 mm. Compare feeding and parameter control rather than heater power alone.
How to choose equipment
Start with pouch material, width and sets per shift. Check working temperature, required seam and reel space. Published AP setting and sealing ranges differ; follow the revision-specific manual.
Workstation requirements
Provide a dry, clean surface with space before and after the machine. Allow access for sealing, cutting and inspection. Organize packaging and storage according to material instructions and facility procedures.
Models and prices
Compare models and current prices per unit. Each product page lists supply-version specifications, configuration notes and the technical source. Final selection also considers compatibility and workstation demand.

Configuration and ordering
Confirm reel holders, guides, cutters, consumables and documentation before ordering. A display does not automatically include a printer. Inspect seals using the approved procedure; the machine does not sterilize its contents.
Related equipment
