Compare lasers, channels, supported fluorochromes, sample loading and software. The autoloader, workstation, reagents, control particles and cleaning supplies are specified separately. Cell analysis and sorting are different functions; verify sorting capability when it is required.

What does RUO mean?
BD Accuri C6 Plus and CytoFLEX S B75408 are Research Use Only products. They must not be treated as clinical diagnostic instruments. Check intended use, documentation and validated methods for the specified supply.
Is an autoloader included?
The listed BriCyte MX configuration uses manual loading. BD bundle 661311 does not list CSampler Plus. The CytoFLEX S plate loader is an optional accessory, although pictured. A photograph alone does not define the delivery package.
How should total cost be compared?
Specify optics, workstation, licences, loader, reagents, control beads, fluids, consumables, installation, training and service. Colour count alone does not establish suitability for your method.
