Intraoperative cell salvage systems — selection and configuration

Cell salvage systems collect blood from the surgical field and process it for return of the patient’s own red cells. Healthcare professionals determine suitability based on the procedure, blood condition and device instructions.

Select equipment and request a quotation

State your method, workload and required options to prepare a comparable quotation.

System components

  • Blood processing unit and controller.
  • Suction equipment, reservoir and compatible disposable circuit.
  • Centrifuge bowl, solution lines and processed blood bag.
  • Process monitoring, alarms and mobile stand.

Selection considers anticipated blood loss, available bowls, automatic and manual modes and staff requirements. Sets for different models are not interchangeable. OSELY can help define an operating room package; consumables and pricing depend on the specification. Related equipment: therapeutic apheresis systems.
