In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer can:
1. Exchange goods of proper quality.
2. Return goods of proper quality.
3. Return or exchange goods of improper quality.
4. Exchange or return of goods of improper quality is carried out if the defect of the goods was on our part, if the client himself damaged the goods, the exchange/return is refused.
Which goods are subject to exchange:
1. Goods that have a receipt;
2. Goods in original packaging with preserved tags and labels, which have not been used;
3. Goods, after the purchase of which less than 14 days have passed.
The procedure for returning and exchanging goods of proper quality:
1. Notify of the intention to return the paid goods;
2. Notify the declaration number of the sent parcel and the IBAN account number;
3. After receiving the goods within three working days, we will return your money or another product
Procedure for returning goods of inadequate quality:
1. Notify us of your intention to return the paid goods;
2. Inform us of the declaration number of the sent parcel and the IBAN account number for the refund;
3. After receiving the goods within three working days, we will return your money or another product
4. When exchanging or returning goods of adequate quality, the buyer pays the delivery fee. When exchanging or returning goods of inadequate quality, the delivery fee is at our expense.
5. Exchange and return of goods is carried out through a Nova Poshta branch.
Refunds are made within 3 days from the moment the parcel is received by the seller at a Nova Poshta branch.
Refunds are made to the IBAN account.
Refunds are made after receiving the goods.
