Modular cold and freezer rooms are high-capacity project solutions for hospitals, central pharmacies, laboratories, pharmaceutical warehouses and production facilities. The Evermed range includes the positive-temperature MRC series and the negative-temperature MFC series.

Unlike a standalone cabinet, a walk-in room is configured for the premises, required storage volume, temperature regime, loading pattern and site utilities.

The series range does not replace the storage requirements of a specific medicine or material. Set point, permitted deviations, monitoring and redundancy must be defined in the project specification.

Configuration for the facility

Evermed offers modular panels with 70 or 100 mm high-density polyurethane insulation. White plastic-coated steel and stainless-steel finishes are available. Refrigeration units can be selected for wall, ceiling or remote installation.

Doors have key locking and a safety release from inside. Optional multi-level shelving is available in aluminium and polypropylene or stainless steel.

  • required temperature regime and permitted deviations;
  • usable volume or internal dimensions;
  • type, quantity and daily turnover of stored materials;
  • room plan, ceiling height and access dimensions;
  • ambient conditions, ventilation and available power;
  • monitoring, alarm and redundancy requirements;
  • installation location and commissioning schedule.

OSELY helps prepare the technical brief, select the chamber construction and refrigeration system, and coordinate installation and service. Final dimensions, cooling capacity, equipment and suitability for specific materials are defined in the agreed technical specification.
