VLS 086A RF AC is a combined mains-powered AC vaccine refrigerator and water-pack freezer. Refrigerator net capacity is 57.63 L; the model is Grade A and currently WHO-prequalified under E003-168.
Monitoring under the updated WHO PQS requirements
WHO requires a basic Level 1 electronic monitoring device for vaccine refrigerators, plus an integrated Level 2/3 device or a 30-day electronic temperature logger. Vestfrost offers EMS Levels 1–3: Level 1 provides local logging and USB access; Level 2 adds a local display and alarms; Level 3 adds remote data transmission. The EMS level and sensor package must be stated in the supply specification.

The freezer compartment is intended for water-packs and is not a general-purpose long-term plasma or biological-sample freezer.
