BFRL WQF-530 FTIR spectrometer

Description

BFRL WQF-530 is a benchtop FTIR spectrometer for substance identification and materials analysis using infrared spectra. A cube-corner Michelson interferometer and DLATGS detector form the optical system. Sampling accessories and preparation methods are selected for solid, liquid or gas samples.

Key advantages

The cube-corner Michelson design supports stable interference without dynamic alignment.
A sealed interferometer and replaceable desiccant help protect the optics from moisture.
Software displays internal temperature, humidity and connection status for instrument monitoring.
Signal acquisition uses 24-bit analogue-to-digital conversion and digital filtering.
The sample compartment supports accessories including ATR and cells; each option is specified separately.

Application and configuration

For polymer, raw-material and organic-material analysis, specify the sample type, spectral range and preparation method. The standard holder is for transmission measurements. ATR, gas and liquid cells, reflection accessories, specialist libraries and software modules are specified separately. Features supporting 21 CFR Part 11 and IQ/OQ/PQ services do not automatically certify a laboratory. These specifications apply to WQF-530 and should not be transferred to WQF-530A or Pro. The quotation confirms the final configuration, PC compatibility, delivery and service.
