LaboGene ScanLaf Jupiter 1500 Class I Laboratory Safety Cabinet protects the operator and environment when handling powders, salts, airborne particles and chemicals. This model has a 1500 mm working width.
Intended use and limitations
Laboratory air enters through the front aperture. Inward airflow contains contaminants in the work zone, while the internal fan draws the air through a HEPA filter and, depending on the configuration, through a carbon filter or into an external exhaust system.
Important: Jupiter protects the operator and environment, but not the product. Unfiltered room air enters the cabinet. Cell cultures, sterile materials and other contamination-sensitive samples require a suitable Class II biological safety cabinet.

Options
Fixed or electrically adjustable stand, AISI 316 worktop, sink and tap, marble balance slab, power sockets, PIR sensor, Bunsen burner, LED lighting, microscope mount and LAF-LCD panel. The final configuration is selected after assessing the substances, process and exhaust requirements.
