Description

ASTAR Polaris HP S is a high-power therapy laser with 808 and 980 nm sources for physiotherapy settings. Its maximum 18 W peak output applies to pulsed operation; maximum average output is 10 W. Optional low-power applicators extend the platform to biostimulation laser therapy.

Application and configuration

Standard equipment includes the 808 nm / 8 W + 980 nm / 10 W HP probe, 1 and 5 cm² adapters, power measurement adapter, protective eyewear, mains cable and documentation. DILA, low-power probes, scanning and cluster applicators, carrying bag and Versa trolley are optional. Compare wavelengths, average versus peak output and required applicators when selecting the platform. Trained staff must operate this class 4 laser according to its instructions.
