Description

X-Ray International IMAX 8000 is a fixed digital radiography system with a U-arm. The X-ray source and image receptor share an imaging axis for upright and horizontal projections. The 2024 MedExim catalogue specifies a 25 kW generator for IMAX 8000; detector version and workstation configuration are defined in the supply specification.

Application and configuration

For general radiography in a prepared room. The generator, tube, detector model, workstation, table, AEC and DAP meter must be specified with the order. The photo illustrates the U-arm design and does not establish inclusion of every option. A diagnostic station, printer, network licences, installation and training are agreed separately. IMAX 8200 specifications must not be assumed for IMAX 8000.
