Shimadzu TOC-4200 is an online carbon analyzer for process, drinking and wastewater monitoring. Catalytic combustion at 680 °C with non-dispersive infrared detection enables automated sample-stream analysis. Standard TC and NPOC modes can be extended with separately specified IC, POC or total-nitrogen measurements.

Applications and configuration
For continuous water monitoring and treatment-efficiency evaluation. Specify sampling, filtration, acid, carrier gas, drainage, calibration solutions and mounting for the sample matrix and installation. TN, multi-stream sampling, plant integration and web monitoring are separately configured. The 20,000 mg C/L upper range requires dilution.
