Description

Shimadzu RF-6000 is a laboratory spectrofluorophotometer for excitation and emission spectra across 200–900 nm. A 150 W xenon lamp, photomultiplier detector and LabSolutions RF software support spectral, quantitative and three-dimensional measurements.

Application and configuration

For research laboratories, fluorescent materials analysis and quality control. Request a quotation defining cells, holders, computer, licences and commissioning. The integrating sphere for quantum-yield measurement, automatic sample handling, polarizers and temperature modules are optional. Wavelength accuracy, resolution and repeatability validation require an optional mercury lamp. Quoted S/N values refer to the water Raman line under manufacturer conditions, not every sample. Not for diagnostic procedures.
