JEOL JCM-7000Plus NeoScope is a benchtop scanning electron microscope for surface inspection, defect analysis and quality control. Zeromag links optical navigation with SEM imaging. High- and low-vacuum modes accommodate different specimen requirements.

Application and configuration

The 6 nm SE and 8 nm BSE resolution figures both apply at 20 kV, 12 mm working distance and high vacuum. Low vacuum supports suitable nonconductive specimens without coating; preparation still depends on the material and task. Confirm EDS, Live functions and NeoAction automation in the configuration. The photo shows a microscope and computer workstation. The PC, holders, consumables and preparation equipment are included only as specified. Pricing, commissioning and training are quoted on request.
