Illumina MiSeq i100 is a benchtop NGS sequencer for microbial genomics, targeted panels and amplicon research. It combines XLEAP-SBS chemistry, cartridge-based reagents and onboard DRAGEN analysis. This i100 configuration supports 5M and 25M flow cells; it is distinct from the i100 Plus. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Application and configuration

For genomics research laboratories with workloads suited to 5M/25M flow cells. Reagent kits, library preparation, indexes, controls and data storage are selected separately. Run times and outputs refer to the manufacturer’s specification conditions; actual performance depends on the library and run setup. The 50M/100M flow cells are for i100 Plus only. The quotation defines the final package, installation and training; price is available on request.
