Is static holding time the refill interval?

No. It is a rated value under static conditions. Access frequency, loading and room conditions affect the practical interval; check LN₂ level according to the operating procedure.

No. CryoMonitor and cloud service are optional. The standard inventory system stores 1.2/2 mL cryovials in cryoboxes.

Can it hold 5 mL vials and blood bags?

These formats require separate optional racks and cassettes. The standard cryovial capacity does not apply to blood bags or 5 mL vials.
