TransPorter BlueLine 50L is a lightweight, reusable insulated container from German manufacturer delta T GmbH for transporting vaccines, medicines and other temperature-sensitive medical and laboratory materials within the cold chain. EPP insulation and correctly selected thermal elements work together to protect the load from temperature changes in transit.

Protection from temperature fluctuations
The EPP body slows heat exchange with the surroundings. Thermal elements selected for the required range help maintain a stable internal temperature.
Less weight to carry
The empty container weighs approximately 3.68 kg. Convenient handles make it easier to carry between a vehicle, laboratory and ward; thermal elements and cargo add to the total weight.

Manufacturer delta T GmbH, based in Fernwald, Germany, specialises in temperature-controlled transport. BlueLine is part of its system of containers and compatible thermal elements.
No power connection in transit
The passive system needs no mains or vehicle power during transport. Thermal elements are preconditioned according to the selected configuration.
Made for repeated use
The sturdy body is designed for reuse. Containers can be stacked, and surfaces can be cleaned and disinfected according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Access and temperature monitoring
The lid can be sealed. A separate temperature logger can record transport conditions and help check the temperature range after delivery.

50 L is the manufacturer-stated container capacity. Space available for cargo decreases after fitting thermal elements and protective packaging.
Preparing for transport
- Select the temperature range. Define the permitted cargo temperature, dimensions, journey duration and route conditions.
- Condition and pack. Prepare compatible thermal elements and place them with the cargo following the confirmed packing arrangement.
- Monitor. Close the lid securely, apply a seal if required and use a temperature logger.

Thermal elements and a temperature logger are ordered separately. The configuration can be selected for your cargo and temperature range.
