Application and limitations

Refrigerated storage does not replace milk pasteurisation or freezing. Milk-bank procedures define storage duration, labelling, batch separation and issue order; choose setpoints and alarm thresholds within the permitted storage conditions. Permitted ambient conditions: +16…+38 °C (ST); maintain the ventilation clearances specified in the manual. The backup battery supports the display and alarms; it does not power the compressor. Select options and accessories for the intended procedure and specify them in the agreed configuration.
