Description

Monobind AutoPlex G2 is a second-generation automated workstation for ELISA and chemiluminescent immunoassays. It combines reaction setup, dispensing, incubation, washing and reading on a single 96-well plate. The PC-controlled system supports Monobind assays; other reagents require configuration and validation. For practical run planning, the manufacturer recommends up to six different assays per run.

Application and configuration

The principal item is the AutoPlex G2 workstation. The PC, printer, software version, fluid containers, starter reagents and consumables must be specified. The number of assays per run depends on calibration, controls and replicates; the technical maximum of 12 is not a recommendation for every batch. Monobind recommends no more than six different assays per run. Third-party assay setup and integration require separate agreement.
