Magritek Spinsolve 80 Carbon is a 80 MHz benchtop dual-channel NMR spectrometer for proton, fluorine and carbon experiments. The described Carbon Classic configuration supports ¹H, ¹⁹F and ¹³C. Its permanent magnet needs no cryogenic liquids, while an external hardware field lock removes the requirement for a deuterated lock solvent.
Key benefits
- The permanent magnet needs no liquid helium or nitrogen.
- External hardware lock supports operation without a deuterated lock solvent.
- Carbon supports 1D ¹³C and heteronuclear HSQC and HMBC experiments.
- Three-dimensional pulsed gradients support gradient-assisted sequences.
- An optional autosampler automates sequential tube handling.
- A separate flow kit enables online reaction monitoring.
