Fanem Duetto 2386 combines a closed incubator with an open radiant warming care station. Raising the hood changes the care environment without transferring the infant to another bed. This configuration includes servo O₂ control, integrated scales, Masimo SpO₂ and Bilitron 3006 phototherapy.
