Description

Shimadzu GCMS-QP2020 NX combines gas chromatography with a single-quadrupole mass spectrometer for volatile and semi-volatile compounds. Chromatographic separation, mass spectra and SIM acquisition support qualitative and quantitative laboratory analysis. The ion source and sample introduction system are selected for the application.

Application and configuration

GCMS-QP2020 NX supports research on food, water, volatile organic compounds, polymers and other samples suitable for GC-MS. For research use only, not for diagnostic procedures. Specify the matrix, target compounds, required detection limits and sample preparation. The quotation defines the ion source, carrier gas, column, introduction system, vacuum equipment, PC and licences. Libraries, autosampler, hydrogen sensor and specialist accessories are included only when specified. The photo shows the GC and MS without an autosampler. Published S/N values use a test compound and do not guarantee detection limits for every sample matrix. Price, delivery, installation and service are confirmed in the quotation.
