COSMED Q-Box body plethysmograph

Description

COSMED Q-Box is a pulmonary function testing system with an airtight cabin. Body plethysmography measures static lung volumes, airway resistance and conductance. Spirometry, respiratory mechanics and OMNIA software provide the basis of a pulmonary diagnostic workstation.

Application and configuration

Pricing depends on configuration. Specify test modules, OMNIA licenses, computer, cart, calibration syringe, filters, consumables and any test gas supply separately. The image illustrates an equipped cabin and cart workstation; pictured accessories are not automatically included. Spirometry and selected other tests can be performed outside the cabin, while TGV and sRaw require testing inside the cabin. Installation, training and support are configured for the facility.
